when i first heard about myspace many years ago, it was from some very young hip people that always seemed to ride the wave of popular things. later, they told me myspace was dead and facebook was the way to go.

these same people are now telling me that only old people use facebook and they have moved onto instagram (IG as they call it) and other social media.

is this the beginning of the end for facebook? i have no idea. what i do know is, facebook has enough money to keep buying whoever they have to buy, like they did with IG, in order to keep up with the changing demands, just like google. so, perhaps, in the future, everything will merge into one huge company in the clouds.
